1	MUMKIN SCHEME	Providing fnancial assistance for purchase of small commercial vehicles such as load carriers, Taxis, Mini buses, Tempo etc. by the desirous unemployed youth of the District. An amount of Rs.1,60,000 or 20% of the on road price of the vehicle (whichever is minimum) shall be provided as subsidy share equally by the Govt. of J&K and vehicle Manufactures. No down payment or Margin money , collaterals or guarantor required for availing loan from Bank. The Scheme shall be operated on JK e-services platform.	(1)The Applicant must have a domicile of Jammu and Kashmir	Yet to be implemented, may start from 1st April-2021
			(2)The Applicant is in the age Group of 18 to 35 years.
			(3) The Applicant must be unemployed (either registered with the Employment Department or certified by Sarpanch/Municipal Councillor concerned)
			(4) Having valid Driving License, permit from competent authority.
			(5) An Undertaking from First Class Judicial Magistrate to the effect that the applicant has not availed any incentive or subsidy under any Self Employment Scheme till date and have also not doing any job in Government, Public/Private Sector in central or any state Government.
